After two decades in the industry - advising some of the world`s most ambitious tech companies including Microsoft, Google DeepMind, Zendesk, Exscientia, Infosys, and HP - Gerry started Catchfire with a simple belief: that communications should do more than create noise. It should create momentum.

Tech Communications Specialist
Mark Knight-Sands is a journalist turned tech comms expert. He has worked with some of the sector's largest brands, most recently including Google DeepMind, Samsung and AliExpress. He has helped established players and their senior leaders to better understand, think about and tell their own story, and supported fast-paced AI start-ups in finding the words to explain their biggest innovations. Having spent seven years working in business media, Mark thrives when dealing with bleeding edge technologies and busy news environments, and he loves to get into the detail for clients targeting B2B, policy and consumer audiences.
Narrative and Content Specialist
Kirstin helps technologists cut to the heart of what they want to say and how best to say it. Having spent the past two years in-house at Cisco generating PR ammunition for the EMEA region, Kirstin spent the 17 years prior working with organisations such as HP, Colt, Zebra Technologies, Ford Motor Company, Sony Mobile and Coca Cola to generate headlines, storylines and build advocacy. Whatever the size, stage or specialism, Kirstin is an expert at rooting out the stories that count; cultivating band narratives, messaging, campaigns, and compelling copy and content to help achieve business goals.
